Curriculum
Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced swimmer, my swim lessons offer a wide range of programs to meet their needs. My curriculum is designed to teach students of all ages the essential skills necessary to be safe and confident swimmers. I create a fun and safe environment for learning, where students can develop their swimming abilities at their own pace. I provide personalized attention to each student to help them improve their swimming techniques and build their confidence in the water. Read below to see what your child will learn in their class with me:
Baby Swim Lessons, 6 - 24 months (Private or Group Lessons)
There are many important benefits of baby swim lessons: safety, physical and cognitive development, socialization, bonding, confidence, and better sleep! We will sing fun songs while learning important swimming skills at the same time. I am flexible to have more than one student in the pool at a time. Contact me for details if you're interested in taking lessons with a friend.
Beginners 2 - 10 yrs (Private Lessons Only)
Lessons for this age will vary depending on the child's water experience. I always begin with ensuring that they feel comfortable in the water before moving forward. From there, they will learn about water safety exercises, jumping, kicking and paddling independently, floating, breathing techniques, and more.
Advanced Students All Ages (Private or Group Lessons)
Advanced lessons are for swimmers who are looking to improve their strokes, work on timing, flip turns, and dives. I can also help your child prepare for swim team and junior lifeguard training.
Adults (Private or Group Lessons)
With adults, I focus on making sure they are comfortable in the water before moving forward. I find it very important that my students know how to be safe in the water, and from there on we work on strokes, treading, floating, and more.

Lesson Styles
Private At-Home Lessons
I am mobile! If you have a pool (or know someone who does) and would like private lessons in the comfort of your own backyard, this option is for you. I recommend heating your pool to around 90°F.
Pool Sharing Lessons
Know others interested in taking lessons? Share your pool! This option is very popular among my clients. If you choose to host swim lessons at your house, we can set up a back-to-back schedule with your children and friends. Contact me for discount details if you are interested in sharing your pool.
Intensive Courses
I offer intensive courses! This is a great option for students who are new to the water or for busy families who are looking for a quick and effective way to learn swimming skills. My intensive course is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience within a condensed time frame of seven consecutive days.
Weekly Lessons
It is recommended to take weekly swim lessons to continue to develop and improve swimming skills. Weekly swim lessons are a great way for students to regularly learn and improve their swimming skills. With consistent practice and guidance from an instructor, students can become confident and skilled swimmers.
